מה זה גלים

יומן גלים הוא יומן אישי לרישום מצב רוח, שינה, תרופות ואנרגיה, שפותח בהתנדבות על ידי בין רוזנבלום ומוצע לשימוש חינם, בלי פרסומות ובלי רכישות. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.

לא תחליף לטיפול

גלים לא מאבחן, לא מטפל, לא מנבא ולא מחליף ליווי של רופא או איש מקצוע. אין לשנות טיפול או מינון תרופות על סמך האפליקציה בלי להתייעץ עם הגורם המטפל. במצב חירום: ער״ן 1201, מד״א 101.

המידע שלכם

כל המידע נשמר רק במכשיר שלכם, ואין לנו עותק שלו. האחריות לגבות את המידע (באמצעות קובץ הגיבוי המוצפן שבהגדרות) ולשמור על סיסמת הגיבוי היא שלכם. סיסמה שנשכחה לא ניתנת לשחזור. פרטים נוספים במדיניות הפרטיות.

האפליקציה כמות שהיא

האפליקציה מסופקת כמות שהיא (AS IS), בלי התחייבות לזמינות, לרציפות או להתאמה למטרה מסוימת. ככל שהדין מתיר, המפתח לא יישא באחריות לנזק ישיר או עקיף שנגרם משימוש באפליקציה או מאובדן מידע.

קוד פתוח

קוד המקור של גלים מופץ ברישיון MIT. השם והסמל של גלים אינם חלק מהרישיון.

שינויים

התנאים עשויים להתעדכן מעת לעת. הגרסה העדכנית תמיד מופיעה בעמוד זה.

דין וסמכות שיפוט

על התנאים חלים דיני מדינת ישראל.

What Waves is

Waves is a personal diary for mood, sleep, medication and energy, built as a volunteer project by Bin Rozenblum and offered free of charge, with no ads and no purchases. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Not a substitute for care

Waves does not diagnose, treat or predict, and is not a substitute for a doctor or other professional. Do not change treatment or medication based on the app without consulting your care provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your data

All data is stored only on your device and we hold no copy. You are responsible for backing it up (using the encrypted backup in Settings) and for keeping your backup password. A forgotten password cannot be recovered. See the Privacy Policy.

Provided as is

The app is provided "as is", without any warranty of availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the app or loss of data.

Open source

Waves's source code is released under the MIT License. The Waves name and icon are not covered by the license.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
