Stillcode
Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you install and use Stillcode, a Shopify app developed and operated by Bin Rozenblum ("we"). By installing Stillcode you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
The service
Stillcode makes QR codes for your products, variants, collections, pages and cart links. Each code opens a short link on your own store (/qr/…), which Stillcode sets up as a URL redirect in your store. You can download the codes as PNG, SVG, ZIP or print-ready PDF sheets.
The redirects belong to your store. They keep working if you change plans or uninstall Stillcode. If you delete a code in the app, its redirect is deleted too, and printed copies of that code stop working.
Plans and billing
- Free: up to 10 codes, in black and white.
- Pro: unlimited codes, your colours and logo, and ZIP downloads.
Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in advance, every 30 days, and appear on your Shopify invoice. Current prices are shown on the Stillcode listing in the Shopify App Store and on Shopify's plan page when you choose a plan. You can change plans or cancel at any time from the app's Plan page or by uninstalling the app. If we change a price, Shopify will ask you to approve the new price before it applies. Codes made on Pro keep working after a downgrade.
Refunds
If you were charged for the app in the last 30 days and you are not happy, write to us and we will refund the charge in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Cancel during a free trial and you are not charged. After 30 days, we refund the months when a problem on our side kept the app from working for you.
Refunds are issued through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Questions: support@binrozenblum.co.il.
Your responsibilities
Scan a test print before printing a large batch, and keep codes at a size and contrast that phones can read. You are responsible for the pages and discounts your codes open, and for using Stillcode in line with Shopify's terms and the law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Stillcode available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. Because the redirects live in your store, codes you printed don't depend on our server. We may add, change or remove features. If a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Limitation of liability
Stillcode is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost profits or reprinting costs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Stillcode in the 12 months before the claim.
Your data
How Stillcode handles store data is described in the Privacy policy.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Stillcode at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for misuse, or if we stop offering the app, with notice in the app where possible.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use Stillcode after a change means you accept the new terms.
