RepeatStop

Terms of service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply when you install and use RepeatStop, a Shopify app developed and operated by Bin Rozenblum ("we"). By installing RepeatStop you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

The service

RepeatStop checks orders that use a welcome or first-order discount code and flags those whose buyer matches an earlier customer by email (including Gmail aliases), phone number, address, or name and zip code. Depending on your plan and settings it rejects first-order codes at checkout for buyers whose email or phone number has ordered before, tags flagged orders, adds a note, puts them on hold for your review or cancels them. After you install it, it also audits the orders of the last 60 days.

Plans and billing

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and are billed by Shopify, in advance, every 30 days or yearly, and appear on your Shopify invoice. Current prices are shown on the RepeatStop listing in the Shopify App Store and on Shopify's plan page when you choose a plan. You can change plans or cancel at any time from the app's Plan page or by uninstalling the app. If we change a price, Shopify will ask you to approve the new price before it applies.

Refunds

If you were charged for the app in the last 30 days and you are not happy, write to us and we will refund the charge in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Cancel during a free trial and you are not charged. After 30 days, we refund the months when a problem on our side kept the app from working for you.

Refunds are issued through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Questions: support@binrozenblum.co.il.

Your responsibilities

A match means two orders share some details. It is not proof that the same person placed them: family members, roommates, offices and shared addresses can match too, and checkout blocking can, rarely, reject the code for a new buyer whose details resemble a past buyer's. You decide what happens to a flagged order. Please review flagged orders before cancelling them, keep automatic cancellation off unless you accept that some legitimate orders may be cancelled, and tell your customers in your privacy policy that orders are checked for discount abuse. You are responsible for your store, your discounts, your decisions about orders and your customers, and for using RepeatStop in line with Shopify's terms and the law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RepeatStop available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will catch every repeat buyer, that every flag is correct, or that the app will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Limitation of liability

RepeatStop is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, discounts given, or orders held or cancelled, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for RepeatStop in the 12 months before the claim.

Your data

How RepeatStop handles store and customer data is described in the Privacy policy. When you uninstall the app, everything it stored about your store is deleted 48 hours later.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using RepeatStop at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for misuse, or if we stop offering the app, with notice in the app where possible.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use RepeatStop after a change means you accept the new terms.
