Terms of service

These terms apply when you install and use Labelwise, a Shopify app developed and operated by Bin Rozenblum ("we"). By installing Labelwise you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

The service

Labelwise reads the products you pick and makes printable labels with barcodes, SKUs, prices and your own text, as a PDF made in your browser. It has read-only access to products and inventory and never changes anything in your store.

Plans and billing

• Free: up to 100 labels per calendar month.
• Unlimited: no monthly label limit.

Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in advance, every 30 days, and appear on your Shopify invoice. Current prices are shown on the Labelwise listing in the Shopify App Store and on Shopify's plan page when you choose a plan. You can change plans or cancel at any time from the app's Plan page or by uninstalling the app. If we change a price, Shopify will ask you to approve the new price before it applies.

Refunds

If you were charged for the app in the last 30 days and you are not happy, write to us and we will refund the charge in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Cancel during a free trial and you are not charged. After 30 days, we refund the months when a problem on our side kept the app from working for you.

Refunds are issued through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Questions: support@binrozenblum.co.il.

Your responsibilities

Labels are made from the titles, SKUs, barcodes and prices saved on your products. Please check a test print and scan a few barcodes before printing a large batch. You are responsible for your products, for the barcode numbers you use (for example GS1 numbers), and for using Labelwise in line with Shopify's terms and the law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Labelwise available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. We may add, change or remove features. Templates you saved keep their settings when the app is updated. If a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Limitation of liability

Labelwise is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost profits or wasted label stock, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Labelwise in the 12 months before the claim.

Your data

How Labelwise handles store data is described in the Privacy policy.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Labelwise at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for misuse, or if we stop offering the app, with notice in the app where possible.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use Labelwise after a change means you accept the new terms.
